Fulfillment & Refund Policy

At McKool Coaching LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services and products. Below is our fulfillment and refund policy. For more information on client and coach expectations and responsibilities, please see our Code of Coaching Ethics.

  1. Service Fulfillment:

    • Upon purchasing a course, program, or coaching package from us, you will receive confirmation of your purchase and a receipt via email.

  2. Coaching Sessions Fulfillment:

    • You will be provided instructions on how to schedule your coaching sessions after the purchase of a coaching package or a course or program that include coaching sessions.

    • If the service purchased allows clients to create a scheduling account, they will be provided with instructions on how to create and manage a scheduling account.

    • Clients are expected to schedule all coaching sessions upon program or package start date.

    • Coaching sessions are generally available Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm MST, with exceptions. International clients who wish to request appointments outside of these windows may email info@mckoolcoaching.com. All requests are made on a case-by-case basis and the final determination is at the McKool Coaching’s discretion.

    • You will be provided a scheduling system that provides the coaches availability and you are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions on days and times you are available. If none of the available days and times, you are responsible for reaching out to info@mckoolcoaching.com to request scheduling accommodations or adjustments.

  3. Course or Program Material Fulfillment:

    • Any course or program materials, including but not limited to video lessons and workbooks, will be emailed to you.

    • Video lessons are housed on a third-party website and include closed captions. Video transcripts can be provided upon request.

    • Workbooks are provided in a PDF document that has form filling capabilities or can be printed out.

  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling sessions is permitted via the rescheduling link in the appointment confirmation, as long as it's within 24 hours' notice.

    • Exceptions for late rescheduling may occur based on an illness or emergency and requests must be made via email to info@mckoolcoaching.com. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis and the final determination is at McKool Coaching's discretion.

    • If client’s do not arrive to the scheduled coaching session within the first 10 minutes, the session will be forfeited and not rescheduled.

    • McKool Coaching may also reschedule appointments and will provide at least 24 hours' notice unless it is a case of illness or an emergency.

  5. Payments:

    • Clients are expected to pay-in-full before the start of a course, program, or package unless a payment plan is being utilized or a deposit has been made.

    • At times, a deposit may be required to hold a spot in a course, program, or package and will be credited towards the remaining payment prior to the course, program, or package start date.

    • If paying in installments, the method a client uses to pay for their first installment will be automatically charged for the following payments. Client’s will receive a reminder email 7 days before the automatic charge and can email info@mckoolcoaching.com to make changes or updates the payment information.

  6. Refunds:

    • We understand that circumstances may change and you may no longer require purchased services.

    • Refunds for services will be provided under the following conditions:

      • If you request a refund before the start of the course, program, or package you purchased, a full refund will be issued.

      • If you request a refund after the start of the course, program, or package you purchased, a pro-rated refund may be provided based on the remaining unused services.

    • There may be services in which a refund cannot be provided due to the immediate execution of services. For example, if you purchase an on-demand course where you receive all course materials at once.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

  7. Client Satisfaction:

    • We are committed to your success and satisfaction with our courses, programs, and packages.

    • If, during a course, program, or package, you are not satisfied with the progress or experience, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

    • If, after completing a course, program, or package, you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

    • We will work with you to address any issues and, if necessary, provide additional support or resources to ensure your satisfaction.
