Burnout is costing you $16,000 a year.

HERE’S THE THING….

You chose public health to create a meaningful impact.

You’ve dedicated years to your career.

And now you’re paying the price.

  • Your health suffers—lack of sleep, weight gain.

  • Relationship strain—disengaged & short-tempered.

  • Wellbeing neglected—no time for hobbies or self-care.

You can excel in your career, without making these sacrifices.

92% of women in public health report work negatively impacts their personal lives.*

Does this sound familiar?

You wake up dreading a flood of inbox requests. Rushing out the door, you grab a fig bar on the go. Settling at your desk to tackle the grant report, your staff interrupt, needing immediate attention

You glance between the your calendar, a sea of back-to-back meetings, and your CVS receipt long to-do list. “How the hell am I going to manage all this?”, you wonder, feeling overwhelmed.

If you eat lunch at all, it’s hunched over your desk as crumbs fall onto your keyboard. As the day ends in a blur, you return home still answering Teams messages at dinner.

Repeated again tomorrow….

What if you could escape the burden of too much work?

I want you to imagine….

  • Leaving work early to surprise your child at school pick up.

  • Weekends being sanctuaries, free from email.

  • Spending quality time connecting over date-night.

  • Waking up fully-rested after a night of sleep.

  • Leisure coffee with friends, not rushing back to the office.

Reclaiming your passions…

👉🏼 Freed up mental space to finally delve into that bedside book.

👉🏼 Regular workouts to achieve your target weight.

👉🏼 Unplugged & unbothered guilt-free vacations to recharge.

You can have ALL of this.

Without quitting your job.

👋🏼 Hey, I’m Marissa McKool, MPH

Your Burnout Recovery Coach

I help high-achieving women like you, thrive in your career without neglecting your wellbeing.

Mastering balance in public health transformed my life.

I ended my burnout out in 2017 and not only did I feel better—more relaxed and rejuvenated—but free time started overflowing. I volunteered at an animal shelter, started Arabic lessons, took Orange Theory classes, went jet setting across the globe, and so much more.

This didn’t hurt my career— it propelled it.

My work became so effective and efficient that I got a promotion and a $10,000 raise.

What most burnout advice gets wrong.

First, you can’t fit in yoga or meditation when you barely have time to pack a lunch.

(plus, those practices don’t work for everyone.)

Second, it’s not all about productivity. You have to address the hustle culture norms and practices public health operates within, to make any significant or sustainable change.

Burnout recovery isn’t one size fits all.

That’s why it’s essential to have tailored strategies & tools that can adapt to your schedule & responsibilities, alongside a dedicated coach who has lived the realities of working in public health.
